Production Time

Since our products are made to order, production usually takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping will take place only after production is complete, using the shipping service you selected.

The total delivery time therefore consists of production time + shipping time.

Shipping within Switzerland

We ship directly from our location in Zurich.

B-Post:
up to 2 kg: 8.50 CHF
2–10 kg: 10.50 CHF

Free shipping within Switzerland:
For orders over 70 CHF

Delivery time within Switzerland: approx. 2–4 business days after production.

Shipping in Spain

We ship directly from our location in Madrid to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
