Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods delivered separately as part of a single order, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that arrive damaged upon return cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for packing the item sufficiently and securely to avoid damage during transport.

The customer bears the costs of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior return request unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Excluded from the voluntary 30-day return policy are custom-made items — i.e. personalized or specially manufactured items according to your specifications.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Note: These exclusions apply only to the voluntary 30-day return policy. The statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) remains unaffected, provided the goods do not fall under the statutory exclusion grounds (§ 312g para. 2 BGB / Art. 16 EU Consumer Rights Directive, in particular goods manufactured according to customer specifications).

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item. After successful acceptance of the return, you can purchase the desired item in a separate order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on banks or credit card companies.
